The Gabriel Law Firm, located at 1095 Old Roswell Road in Roswell, Georgia, is led by Chuck Gabriel, a highly respected civil litigator with a background as a former FBI agent. Chuck received his bachelor's and law degrees from Syracuse University and has been peer-rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. Throughout his nearly 30-year FBI career, Chuck worked on complex organized crime cases, including white-collar crimes, organized crime, espionage, and public corruption. He has successfully handled cases that have led to significant legal outcomes, including the largest class action settlement judgment in Georgia in 2014.

Prior to joining the Gabriel Law Firm, Chuck was a partner at Pierce ~ Gabriel Partners, LLC.
