"I took some cards in to these guys to sell and was low balled the whole way. But even worse I noticed after I left one of my more valuable cards was missing. I contacted them to try and see if they could help me locate it and let me just say they were very unwilling to look over camera footage or anything even though they had about 4 different employees looking through my collection at once including a new kid who just started that couldn’t be older than 15 years old. I continued contact hoping to resolve the issue until they told me I was no longer allowed in the store. A couple of the employees left the room numerous times while looking through my cards so I just wanted to make sure one of them didn’t possibly walk off with it and leave it somewhere else in the store but like I said they were unwilling to help. Please be careful dealing with these guys. Not only do they only want to pay you 60 percent of what your cards are worth you might end up losing some for free."

"The store has a nice variety of upper end Pokémon cards, graded cards, and lower end cards that you can sit down and look through. The place is clean, and looks nice. The seating is also quite nice. The staff were friendly, and quick to answer questions, or offer help. I'll surely go back."
