"First time at this pediatrician since we moved here from Ohio in the summer. Brought my daughter for her 3 year check up and the people at the front desk and the nurses and our nurse practitioner were so amazing and sweet. Aspyn loved her visit and left happy and excited to come back for her next check up even after getting a shot! Definitely recommend!"

"I absolutely will never be back here, Im dropping them as my doctor. They’re all about money things happen reschedules happen, but I went in after being rescheduled twice. To find out my blood work had been rescheduled to a consultation to order the blood work I had ALREADY ORDERED. I was in the office for about 2 -4 minutes and got charged 118$. The front desk are lovely people as well as a lot of the staff that work there. But I consider this an unethical thing for a company to do to someone just to line their pockets more. So good luck I won’t be back and if you’re considering them, I advise look elsewhere."

"On days that they plan on closing early they need to disclose that information with patients calling in to schedule an appointment or planning to utilize the walk-in service. I called a little after 3pm and asked if there were any openings available. After describing my sons symptoms the clerk informed there were not any available spots but that the walk -in service would be available until 5pm even though there might be a bit of a wait. I decided the walk-in was fine as long my son could be seen. My husband rushed from work as we only have one vehicle and got my son out there just a little after 4pm. As he walked to the entrance a staff member locked the door. Another woman in the parking lot was devastated as she had been told she could come get her sons prescription by 5pm and she too was locked out. I called the office and explained to a different clerk the issue we were having and she informed me that a notice had circulated earlier in the day that the provider would see the last patient at 3:45 so I should have never been told that I could utilize the walk-in service until 5 pm. I feel as though there needs to be better communication ensuring all staff, especially the clerks, understand when the office is closing prior to their posted business hours and ensuring that patients and parents aren’t told they can utilize a service up to a certain time, when the facility will be closed before that time. Or get staff that take their job and responsibilities more seriously."

"My daughter has went here since she was a newborn baby. She will be 11 next month. for awhile it was very difficult to get an appointment but they have implemented new procedures to where I can usually get her in the same day. She sees Kim, and we absolutely love her. She has always been very informative and up front with me about any issues my daughter has had. It's not always perfect, but being in the medical field myself, sometimes you can only do your best and it gets super busy at times. I enjoy taking my daughter to a provider I feel I can trust. It means alot to me."
