"Had to wait three months for a new patient appointment. It was scheduled for today, a Monday. They called me at 7:30 a.m. but I missed the call because I was getting ready for work. So they left a voice mail saying to call them to reschedule. I called. No answer, not even voice mail or a phone tree. I try again after 9 a.m. Still no answer. I tried to schedule through MyChart but received a message saying no appointments were available. Then I hopped on Google Maps to find out when they open and it says they're closed on Mondays."
