"Ok place for party. But very disappointed by service provided. My 7 daughter won 500 points on wheel of fortune and showed on screen she won 570 points total but to our surprise the guy at redeem counter said it was 5 points. I told him no one playing this let me go and take picture (attached bellow) when I came back he said I need pictures from card screen. And I was like I can not take that picture it's already gone. He said I can't do anything. I told him it's so stupid after spending nearly $50 do your really think 7 year old would or I would lie for 500 points, when any of the decent items are over 1500 points? It is all about excitement kids get of earning this stupid points. He just rolled his eyes at me. And I was done arguing with him. My daughter was heart broken. All her excitement was washed. If I ever go again I would be the person taking pictures of screens. Ridiculous place, it's a scam."
