"June 9th, 2020 Amber Kay did my 2019 taxes. She was very personable and, by the time she had completed filing out my tax return, I felt like I had made a friend. I knew a little about her husband family history, her family life, etc.... She also volunteered to look over my tax return from 2018, which had be completed by AARP. Well, she didn't have much positive to say about them, including vital information they had ignored which could have resulted in cash back for me. So, I left my tax information for 2018 and 2017 with her - at her suggestion. This would have cost me for her services but it was definitely worthwhile. or so I was led to believe. Having heard nothing from her, I called her office in August.and spoke with her. She said the government would not process amendments from previous year until October. No big deal. I called again in mid November - several times but my calls went to an answering machine or other employees who told me she was out of the office. Finally, I called this this morning and left a message that I would collect my 2019, 18 & 17 returns at 11:30 A.M.. When I arrived, she wasn't in but my envelopes were there with a note, "...I have reviewed these and they are correct and require NO amendments" signed ( her name )"
