"A great first auction experience with easy online registration and bidding. There were adequate pictures online to make a fairly informed bid, and with the exception of a missing item in the lot I purchased, there were no issues. The rack cleaned up nicely and appeared as offered in the pictures. The folks on-site for pickup were wonderful, and it was a very aesthetically pleasing to see everything organized so well on the floor as well as for sold lots to be picked up. The matter of the missing piece from my lot was very quickly addressed, and you can see how much they care even after the sale has been completed."
