"I waited 30 minutes to be seen and i left, everyone that got their after me was brought back within minutes of them getting there. I am happy with the doctors but not the service. If i was to get there late, i would have to reschedule my appointment. I hardly ever leave a review on anything, but had to on the service today."

"My husband n myself had new pt appointments in august and seen Dr Cantone and he is wonderful.He listens and try’s to accommodate you with whatever you need.My only complaint is when I call into the office for anything it seems to take along time before you even speak to anyone about what you need."

"I had an appointment scheduled at their location for myself and children on 1/17/20 with Christina Scuderi CRNP. This was our first appointment at the practice in which it was unfortunately an unpleasant experience. The girls and I arrived at the front desk in the lobby only to find out our appointment for was canceled. I was of course advised my appointment would need to be rescheduled for another date (not let me see if we are able to accommodate the huge inconvenience we’ve caused you). Needless to say, I’ve now utilized personal time off from work and my children have missed a day of school that will be marked as “unexcused”!!! When asked to speak with the office manager, I was taken into Lu Miller’s office to help resolve the matter. She apologized on behalf of a CRNP’s inability to make other accommodations with other colleagues of hers to examine us due to an unplanned absence on her behalf for a family of three. Lu did her best to try and call other locations at my request in order for our family to be seen today however she was unsuccessful in her attempts. I will be filing a complaint with Daniel Elyard for the huge inconvenienced the girls and I experienced in scheduling a new patient appointment at the location. First impressions are lasting impressions so we’ll be searching for another family practice within the area and hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else."

"The doctors in this facility are fantastic. The designer of the building is an idiot. The handicapped parking is at least 50 feet away on either side of the main entrance. Since the sign in desk is not centralized with a central entrance, you may walk close to the length of the building to your waiting area. This building was designed with little to no consideration for older or disabled patients. As much as I like my current GP, I may have to find a new doctor in a more accommodating building."
