"When you book a travel agent you expect everything to be seamless and taken care of. This was one of the worst travel experiences ever. We traveled to Mexico for a bachelorette weekend. From the beginning to the end of our trip there was an issue that could have been prevented. One of the individuals in the group was booked at the wrong hotel which happened to be an hour away. Our excursion that we paid up front for was canceled, because the travel agent provided the wrong pickup address. To top it all off. Transportation to the airport for departure was only booked for one individual in our group. The rest of us were told that we could leave THE NEXT DAY. Unfortunately, we called and emailed but were not able to get in touch with the travel agent to resolve these issues. LUCKILY our hotel staff in Mexico was very accommodating and did the best they could. Hopefully someone else can have a better experience."
