"PSA!!! If anyone needs an airline that you connects to your glad hand Do Not I repeat DO NOT buy the cheap Chinese made ones from Flying J/ Pilot. I bought one and the fitting that connects to your valve stem is too small. I went to return it they refused stating its been used. Mind you that I did have my original reciept and it was within the time constraints per their return policy. I explained to the manager he then says you can wait until tomorrow when the general manager is here. I am canceling my fuel purchased though Pilot/Flying J and in sticking Love's and T/A from now on sure they went mid my free thousand dollars a month purchases but this is just a heads up for the rest of you."

"Great Byron Location, On I-75. Just Be VERY Careful Entering & Exiting, Espically If Your In A BIG RIG-Watch The HUGE Concrete Pillar On The Right Pulling It - Looks Like & Have Seen Pics Of Drivers Who DIDN'T. Fuel Pumps Are Down In The Hole, But Doable, Then Hike-Up The Steps To The Store. Store Is Clean Inside & Stocked W/EVERYTHING You Need As All Pilot/Flying J's Are. Has A Arby's As Well.. Employees Are Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional. Quiet A Bit Of BIG RIG Parking. Just Be Careful Exiting, You Know The 4 Wheelers & Others Just Don't Care. Be Safe!!"

"Welcomed with smiling faces and warm greetings on this Christmas evening. The store was not very busy, everything was stocked, and the bathrooms were clean. Commercial parking was full, so I'm so glad we didn't need to pull off for the night. Huge kudos to the workers for such positive attitudes with being at work instead of home with their families. Arby's can not say the same. I will not spend a dime in this Arby's. You can check out my review if you wish."

"Drove all the way here for a shower and was told they are not working. Next morning I walk in and showers are now working. Then politely asked when would the coffee be refreshed, I was given a stale look and attitude. We truckers spend too much money at these truck stops and they are all going down the drain. Do better"

"Older Pilot, could use a remodeling. But has a nice staff, clean showers. Extremely busy location, so drivers if you need to park overnight, better get here early. By 5 central time it's already full."
