"The worst company ever. In review of the comments I was hoping to find a company local to support small business in my community. The repairman was hours late where I was to be serviced between 8-11 and the tech came after 1pm. He also went to the wrong address due to the call because the company is not even in America the, company created there namesake and claims their local but they are not. Then the tech is not even polite and while he was at my home he preferred and directed his comments as he troubleshooted the issues to my adult son who was not paying nor interested in the matter. I corrected the man but he continued to do it as he claimed, you were holding a child so I felt it best to talk to him. He spoke in rude terms and was not polite and I will never use this company nor recommended this company as the call and diagnostic came to almost $400 and I could’ve purchased a new dryer for that if need be to only be told if my problem comes back with the thermostat that it would be better to buy a dryer. This was after he ordered the part and was rude … I will never call this company nor recommend the company to anyone."
"They sub out the work, had a technician(if you can call him that) come out and tell me he wasn’t qualified to repair my fridge. Tried to get me to use his “buddy” to repair it. Still had to pay the $75 diagnostic charge. Disgusted with this company and will never recommend this company to anyone. You have been warned."
