"I am very disappointed with the HOA services. I have made several calls / emails to the Community Manager from the last six months but none of the below issues have been resolved. ⦁ Gutter pipe which is detached from the wall ⦁ Window panel detached (I had to repair it myself otherwise it could have fallen on the car or on the neighbors) ⦁ Brushes outside my door (It filled with trash and waste) ⦁ Leaking Gutters (above garage and main entrance) I don't understand why we are paying HOA if no work has been done and on top of that they are increasing HOA every year stated that they are out of funds. We are paying $290 every month for nothing. No one answers the phone ever. When I emailed, the Community Associate Manager gave me a careless response, that he has already raised a request but as of now no one has reached to me or checked the issue. As of now, nothing has been fixed. I don't think you care about people."

"Apparently the management is so concerned about how I store my garden hose that they think sending me a violation letter is appropriate. Every neighbor that I’ve asked thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous. Property management needs to focus on real issues."
