"Charged more than quoted on phone for room & pet. Dirty, rusty, couldn't wait to leave. Cockroach in bathroom. Toilet paper stuck in peep hole in door. Could see light from outside under entry door. Definitely overcharged. Will not stay in a Super 8 motel ever again!"

"Don't stay here if you don't like roaches. I found a mature roach in less than 30 minutes, and they wouldn't let us leave with a refund they kept $10 because we sat on the bed, which is ridiculous and the service desk lady was arguing and getting upset for us wanting a refund and wanting to leave."

"In October was traveling through Ashburn went on Expedia to book a room it was 3 am been driving 15 hours with car troubles . Didn't pay attention to the calendar needed a room for Sept 5th and it booked the room for Oct 5th ...needless to say I tried calling the hotel no answer the manager says they are 24 hours called Expedia they called no answer .. at the end of the day hotel manager/owner refused a refund so, Expedia sent me a review request for this property SCAM DONT BOOK ONLINE"

"Clean room. Everything works. No bugs. Food options close by. What else do you need? Staff very polite and helpful. Cheap too. I stay in hotels all over and choose super 8 often because they’re run by Wyndham and have been updated and set to a certain standard."
