"My husband and I have a significantly handicapped son who sleeps in a hospital bed in our living room. We asked Lisa and Tim from the Havertys on Eisenhower to make our house a home instead of an ICU. They came up with a vision and put it together with furniture, flooring, light fixtures, paint color and decor. Their vision came to life and is absolutely perfect!! "Lisa was wonderful to work with. I purchased a table and she was very helpful and easy to work with. The table wasn’t going to be able to be delivered in time for a special guest in our home so we decided to go and pick it up ourselves. Our 85 year old guests had made great effort to come for one night to see our new place while traveling through the area and it was important for health reasons they had a comfortable place to eat. Unfortunately, when we got home from our 2+ hour round trip pick-up we discovered they had only given us part of the table. I had no time available to go all the way back down there and return in time for our guests and needless to say was very frustrated and disappointed. Lisa had so much compassion even though it was not her fault that she had her husband meet us part way with the other box so our guests were able to sit comfortably at the table for meals. Lisa went above and beyond to make things right which says a lot about she and her husbands character and I can’t thank her enough. The store also was apologetic. As for the table….I bought the Woodstock table and so far I love it. Nice and heavy."
