Regal Medlock Crossing

"Starting from the entrance to the movie theater where we came as a family, our whole night was unpleasant, including the manager. I congratulate you for making guests unhappy with service and meaningless explanations."

"Today, we had one of the bad experience entering regal Medlock theatre. We were been stopped when entering into the theaters for varying water bottles with us, by stating it is a new policy. We did let them know that it was hot water but if insisted we can drop the water in bottles and take the empty water bottles inside, where we were still not allowed. When spoke to the manager, they had mentioned that the reason they were not even allowing empty water bottle, is that we can fill the water at the fountain in the empty bottle and drink, when asked that fountain is their to drink water right? Manager responded that it is only drink water but not go fill water in the empty bottles. I was truly shocked by the answer I asked them to keep the bottles with them as it is cold and don’t want to walk all the way back to the car and they did not agree. This situation not only made me miss first 10 minutes of the movie, but I also felt bad for the old lady where even she was stopped to get her bottle inside. I understand for food or beverages, but I think varying water is a necessity for most of the people and when there is warm water available inside the theatre to buy to get it, it should be allowed. I can see as this could cause serious trouble if anyone hits into a health emergency for not able to drink water. I am not sure, if this new rule has been placed in all the regal theaters or only in Regal Medlock. But, if regal is only into Making money and do not want to care for the audience or respect them, then I might need to look for alternatives instead of visiting Regal, and I think many do the same eventually."

"Reclining seats in theatres. The screen size seems a bit small for a normal movie."

"This theater comes in one of my theater lists which I love. They have recliner seats. Cleanliness at its top. Seats are comfortable & spacious. They have plenty of parking space available. Watched in theater 17."

"My first time coming here was on Christmas and I must say it was very busy, which is to be expected. My family and I waited in the concession stand line for about 25 minutes and ended up missing part of our movie. I became very frustrated with the younger staff as they did not communicate well behind the concession stand! However, the manager was so kind and accommodating. He changed our movie time and tried his best to find us the best seats (twice). There was also a woman behind the concession who made my visit amazing and did not make me feel like a burden. She took time making my popcorn because I told her I forgot to ask for butter in the middle of my popcorn! She remade my popcorn, put butter in multiple layers and shook my popcorn to mix it while making conversation! This was amazing customer service that stopped my frustration in its tracks. Great theater."
