"The registration process was easy and fast and the ladies were nice. The doctor, not so much. I was seen by a lady, who was very nice and tried to explain things to me. The main male doctor was very rude. He cut me off when I was talking and pretty much rushed me out the door. I didn't get any answers as to what was going on. I was supposed to be referred for a cat scan by them. It's been a month and a half and I still haven't heard a word. I also recieved an email about abnormal blood work from them close to a month ago and no one ever called me to discuss it or tell me what it meant."

"Was sent to cancer center because of a low white cell count. I have been taking B-12 injections for 36 years. White blood cell count has been low for 2 years. Up on learning I took B-12 injections I was told all my medical problem's where because of the low B-12. Although all my blood work came back with my B-12 levels in high normal range. After going in to office with a bad cough I was to everything was normal and handed a mint because "I had something caught in my throat." Doctor had never even touched me. Had been coughing for about two weeks before seeing doctor. "I told them I wasn't a cat trying to cough up a hair ball". Doctor walked out of examination room. I waited 30 minutes no one came in my room so I left. Very unprofessional should have stopped seeing them when I was told all my medical problem's where because of B-12."

"I love the staff and Oncology Department. They are very gentle when drawing blood unlike other places. Only 1 or 2 needle pokes unlike one hospital in Beckley. Left the hospital with 9 bandages and they never got my IV in my arms. I had to Morgantown to get treated. Awesome job guys and gals!!!"

"My Uncle had been going there for a little over 3 years. He was battling squamous cell cancer. The nurses and his doctor, Dr. Rami, were the best people we could have ever asked for. My uncle passed away on the 5th of October of this year(2013). They were the sweetest kindest people. I would like to thank them for everything they did for him and his wife. God Bless them they are angels sent from above."
