"Serious fitness! A Few of the staff are really friendly, mostly who works in the evening. Rest I find either are rude or ignorants. They have everything you need in this gym to be fit. Yoga is fantastic and fun, great teachers and believe me it is intense. Clean everywhere, pools, spa and sauna. My daughter loves their swimming pool. Issues with the towels is that a few members just misuse of it throwing it anywhere other than designated place. Plenty of parking but may get full during the evenings."
