Panera Bread

"I love Panera overall. Food is great. However, the customer service at this Panera is quite terrible. I come here just about every Monday afternoon, and we are always guaranteed a grumpy service. The food: great. The atmosphere: mostly ok. The service: they need to do something about that. It’s honestly not super hard to lighten up and be a friendly service to customers. I can tell that the staff members are friends, but they never transfer that kind energy to the customers."

"Stop playing. The salad was frozen and mostly iceberg lettuce. Frozen stalk ends in my salad, I would never put in a salad just pull them out folks-as if they thought I was going to eat the stalk end. Should’ve ordered a sandwich instead but I wanted t to be healthy. Nine dollars is a fair price for a salad and chips, but this salad was not worth it and I would not recommend. I’ve had a bad experience before with their salad, but I didn’t know where else to go over here to try something healthy and this isn’t the place. Great space for meetings, and the host cashier was nice and the desserts cookies are great but I would not recommend their salads. The only thing they may have cut are the onions."

"Food took forever to arrive. Ordered 4 Mac and cheeses and 3 out of the 4 were awful. Bowl still had sauce on the side. 0/10 experience."

"Overall, the food here was good (broccoli cheddar soup could've been warmer). I have to say though, $37+ tip for 2 half-bowls of soup, one half sandwich, one half salad, 2 ice teas, an apple and an extra portion of a baguette is seriously expensive for what it is and what you get. I mean, this is not "high" cuisine, folks! Where's this going, really? I can't imagine how this is affordable for a family of 4 or 5, it's just ridiculous."

"This Panera location has good, nice comfort food. I was so excited on my last visit... they brought back the Cuban sandwich after 6 years roughly? This Panera is cozy, has quick service and is consistent with the Panera brand- you're getting what you expect from favorite menu items. There aren't a whole lot of outlets, so if you're looking to study, come earlier before a breakfast or lunch rush. I saw another reviewer complained about the crumbs on tables. I think it's from such a high turnover of tables- when someone gets up, someone is waiting for the table. But, that could be improved. On my last visit, there was a nice employee taking each patron's finished plates, which was a nice unexpected surprise. They have new tea and drink options too by the water/soda station. There was a whole new setup with about 6 different flavor and infused teas. They also had a few new dessert/meal options for fall- including the delicious Autumn Squash soup! Yum! In all, Panera is delish. This location resembles any other location, which is good for brand recognition. Food is enjoyable and that's all that really matters."
