If I have special request, like a certain style vehicle, they always try to accommodate. It is a very busy location so walk in with a patient attitude and you’ll never be disappointed. "Terrible customer service. They took money that was supposed to be refunded. Then when I called to get a breakdown of the payments sent to me via a receipt, they began to verbally try to break it down then hung up on me when I told them they were not making any sense. I’d rather someone pull my pubic hairs out one by one than deal with the women here. The 2 men I spoke to earlier in my experience had a lot better customer service. The 2 women I spoke to were absolutely terrible, gave false information, and then proceeded to hang up when I called for clarification and a visual breakdown of the charges they put on my card. Instead of sending me a receipt to my email, as requested, they tried to argue with me on the phone and do a verbal breakdown (that was not adding up), and hung up when I requested actual receipts."
