Publix Super Market at Dunwoody Place Shopping Center

"The deli workers move at an extremely slow pace. As if they're making themselves a midnight sandwich after a glass of wine. I waited for over 5 minutes for the sandwich to be made for the guy in front of me. In parallel, another worker took the same absurd amount of time to make a basic sandwich for another customer that was in front of me, working at the same pace. It took me 15+ minutes to get a deli wrap with only 2 people in front of me. Also, the firewood is NOT stored inside and as a result it is all moldy and unusable for inside use Furthermore, there is no local coffee, therefore there is no freshly roasted coffee."

"WORST PUBLIX Around!! Drive the extra 5-10 minutes to avoid. Poorly ran & poorly managed. Just waited 45 minutes for an online order. Arrived 10 minutes after pick up time just to be told they didn’t have my order ready nor could they complete. No effort was made to remedy it. 20:00 on 2/9/24. Not the first time I’ve been put in a position at this Publix."

"Great sales and every day prices. Clean. Great displays (in isles, freezer, meat and produce). Help and information is easy to find (from store associates, they are not hiding from work/customers)."

"I got here 1 minute before 10 and they would not let me in , give me a break . So much for going above for the customer. Highly disappointed.I got to the door 1 minute before 10 PM , I will not come again to this store ever again . Security guard told employee not to let me in smh . It’s 10:07 pm and there are still people leaving . As a customer oriented person 1 minute is one minute.I was just buying a couple of items and leaving."

"This Publix on Roswell road is pretty good. Went here on a Saturday afternoon. And it was pretty quick. The store was pretty clean and it the associates inside the store were quite helpful as well. The store was well stocked too. The only issue is that there was not enough people at the registers. Only self checkout"
