"The food was disgusting. Don't get ANYTHING but bread. I don't get how people could sell something like that. We had to get a refund. The customer service was really good though. The cashier was extremely friendly and nice, and so were the other employees. The floor, tables, and chairs were dirty. It was pretty disgusting, to be honest. The atmosphere was friendly and nice, which unfortunately made me think the food would be too. I would be giving it one star, but the service convinces me to make it two."

"So I just ordered a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich from here and the photo below is actually what I received. I honestly thought this was a joke. There is ZERO chicken salad. Just a massive wad of lettuce, a tomato and some almonds lol. I called the restaurant to let them know (because… I mean, this pretty bad) and the lady literally goes “well I talked to the person who made the sandwich and they said that there is only one scoop of chicken salad in the recipe.” Okay but clearly the “scoop” is more like a tweezer. Obviously it’s Panera and not fine dining, but the fact that someone honestly thought this was acceptable to send out is insane. Had to post the review so they can see that my “lettuce sandwich” description is truly not an exaggeration. However, this actually isn’t the worst part of my saga - upon picking up the bread I saw what does appear to be a little mold. Yikes!"

"Imagine ordering a tuna salad sandwich through Uber Eats and they send you a piece literally a piece of a chicken salad that don’t even cover the bread.I asked for a refund and still have not gotten my money back. I never had this happen at a Panera ever but it’s just my luck to order Uber Eats never again. This is unacceptable."

"BUYER BEWARE: I should have read the comments/reviews before throwing away $14 on inedible slop. My gut was telling me this was a bad decision. The food was so bad I could not eat it. The guy preparing my food had VERY poor hygiene: pants hanging down showing his arse and dirty underwear, dirty unkempt dreadlocks, ball cap worn sideways, dirty clothes, etc. No customer service. My teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl was cold, had no broccoli, had WAY too much sauce; inedible/disgusting. It was more like Teriyaki sauce SOUP with cold schicken (sic), some rice and NO broccoli. see picture. I won’t be coming back. I’m sure Panera couldn’t care less and will be just fine without my business. BUYER BEWARE. You’ve been warned."

"They were out of the flatbread. The staff wore gloves to handle the food but then made calls on their phones wearing the gloves. The sandwich tasted fine. The iced coffee was fine but not that cold so I needed to add ice. I’d go back if there is nothing else open for breakfast."
