"This is my favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-a, but this experience at this specific restaurant was so terrible. This is not usual Chick-fil-a hospitality. Going at lunch time is the worst. There was no organization at all, just people crowding around the counter. It’s hot, you have to push through people just to get your order, and some employees don’t shout names loud enough so you can’t even hear sometimes. It’s just the worst. Please do something about it!!! This picture doesn’t do it justice but I’m standing on the opposite side of the pick up zone because I can’t even get over to the pick up area because it’s so crowded. You can barely see the pickup sign either."

"First few times coming here to pickup a to go order. One guy in particular Deon is very unwelcoming and dry. He literally saw me walk in & walked to the back. Then came back to the front and walked back to the back again while my order just sat there on the counter then another lady walks in and once he returned to front he approached her first when he clearly seen me standing there waiting the entire time. I’ve NEVER experienced this at Chick fil a like NEVER."

"it’s as if they don’t know how to read labels. i’ll order a chicken biscuit & receive a spicy chicken biscuit. the same for a chicken sandwich. i’ll order a 10ct mini & they’ll give me a 4ct mini. then on top of that they are extremely slowwww. waited a whole hour for some minis after they got my order wrong. then instead of prioritizing my incorrect order, they started making lunch. it’s honestly ridiculous"

"Literally the worst location I’ve ever been to. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt because I ordered my very simple order during a rush. But I waited 40 minutes and when I finally asked for my food for the 3rd time, it was just sitting behind the other bags getting cold. It was the most mid chicken sandwich i’ve ever eaten. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s horribly run. I don’t even leave reviews but if you’re considering eating at any location, just go off campus."

"This place is a no-go unless you're fine waiting 20 mins for your drink, while your food chills. The drink service was painfully slow, with the lady treating it like an assembly line, taking her sweet time filling cups and not sealing them properly, causing spills. We were a crowd of 30, holding onto our food, waiting on drinks. Total letdown."
