"Walked in and was told to use kiosks. Then the manager just turned his back and walked away. Girl was even less helpfull. What happened to this restaurant? If i wanted to type my lifes history into a kiosk id go to the VA. Your restaurant now officially sucks."

"First time in the restaurant in ages. Usually go through drive thru so had no idea things changed inside. Ordering at kiosks only. No one comes to table to check on you. Tipping is for entire staff (for doing thier job?) tipping is for a waitress to come check on you and take care of you going out of thier way for you. Not for doing a job they are hired to do. Chili recipe is different and can’t even finish it, yet can’t complain about it because entire place is self served. This might be ok for the younger folks but for the older generation it’s a no go. Used to have to wait to be sat at your table no matter time of day, now at 7:00 at night only 2 tables filled. Bring back customer service bring back the care for your food. Will not be back, not even in drive through. This is Rome not California, not a large city. This is a. Home town."

"Need a perfect example of management/franchise owner running a store into the ground? Look no further. This place use to be exciting, with good service and good food. Now it's a depressing shell of what it use to be. It's like going to you family's house for Thanksgiving after your family got mad at each other and refuse to be in the same room together. The kiosks need to go. The self service drinks need to go. Bring back waitresses, 24 hours and breakfast please!"

"We use to enjoy coming here but it's changed and not happy about it. Have to order on kiosk when they finally got back online . Have to get own drinks and no regular silverware anymore and one elderly man came in and they told him had to use kiosk to order . He just left and we overheard a couple of negative remarks from other folks. Good still good and atmosphere but the rest not"

"100% do not recommend. waited 15 minutes to just take our orders. steak and shake used to have hostess’ and take us to a table. now i believe they have become more “fast food” based. they have new kiosks and not to mention all of their employees would rather stare at you when you’ve been standing in line for more than 10 minutes thank actually help you or try to help others out. if i could give this place no stars i would."
