"Amazing service and delicious food! We were in Chattanooga for a day and we were craving some steak. Thankfully we found this gem! Although we were here for the steak, the risotto scallops were our absolute favorite. We also had the ribeye and the filet mignon, everything exceeded our expectations. Our server Paul was so sweet and welcoming, he truly made our experience that much better. We’re always on the go and he made this the most relaxing dinner we’ve had in a while. "The atmosphere and service was good. For a steakhouse it was okay (not great and not terrible). For the price it was very reasonable. Overall the food was lackluster; could have used a lot more seasoning. The warm chocolate cake was good (aka lava cake). The drinks were good too. There are better choices in the city."

"I’ve been here many times and I’ve always enjoyed it. Having said that, before tonight my wife and I had a very mediocre experience here and I felt that I should communicate that to management as it wasn’t what I was used to nor expected. The General Manager Yaser was receptive, empathetic, and gracious after hearing our situation. He invited us back tonight for dinner on the house to make everything right. As the 5 star score reflects; tonight was excellence. John, our server, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The food was PERFECT. Delicious, well presented, and just the right amount. My wife and I were both thrilled with tonight’s experience at Hennen’s and we will 100% be back. A great place staffed with people who care."
