"Great experience! I called and told them that my TV had quit working and was making a buzzing sound when it was turned on. Told me to bring it by and they would investigate and give me a cost to repair with no obligation. I delivered the TV same day and got a call two days later that the TV was repaired and working and gave me the cost saying I was still under no obligation to pay. Picked it up and have had no issues. Would highly recommend."
"I had a power surge damage some stereo equipment so I left them 5 peices of equipment to fix for me, or at least look at and determine if it was feasible to repair, and after over 2 years went by I finally just went and picked up the equipment. It was never even looked at. I understand how it is to be busy but come on. After all of this time I'm still trying to find somebody to repair this stuff for me. Disappointing is an understatement."
"I brought my TV in for repair then my wife gets a call back a week later and he tells her that he dropped the Television and it's now broken beyond repair then try's to explain to her it doesn't really matter because it wasn't working when you brought it in, "smh" some reasoning there I'll tell ya. Then he offers to sell me a used TV I told him I'll call him back, never did and never will again! I'm very disappointed with my experience at Chattanooga Electronic Services!"
