"My family had an estate that was going through probate and we used Cliff as our lawyer. From the very start, it was a pleasure dealing with him and the staff at Prim & Mendheim. I always appreciate good communication and Cliff, David, and the administrative staff were very courteous, nice, and kept you informed with timely responses. Their customer service is truly excellent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because at the end, there were a couple of big oversights I had to remind them of, one of which would have cost me a little over $7000 and another that seems it would have allowed the opposing side to get more money than they were owed. But you know, even when you hire a lawyer or any professional in any occupation, you should still do your due diligence as the customer because we're all human and can make mistakes, so it really didn't change my opinion of this company because they were so easy to deal with throughout. And, Cliff went above and beyond and tried to save me money in different ways during the whole process also, which I greatly appreciate. I would rate 4.5 out of 5 stars if it would let me. I'm totally serious when I say I would gladly use Prim & Mendheim and Cliff again in the future if needed, and without hesitation. And you should too. Highly recommended."

To that point, their lawyers explain all documentation to each client ensuring they understand the final step of the real estate closing process.
