"Never got any food. Ordered two turnovers to go, kitchen staff either scrambling or ambling around. They FINALLY figured out they had one turnover cooked, and wanted me to wait five or 6 minutes for the other one. I strongly suggested a refund, they preferred I wait. I won't spend 6 minutes to get a refund of $1.96...a concept foreign to the worker. I left."
"I'm all for mentally challenged people being given the opportunity to join the workforce but it can't be the entire staff. Bless their hearts, they were working very hard but every single order got messed up. One couple walked out. My order was messed up also. It took me about 30 minutes to get my food"
"The other day I was in Columbus, Ohio, and had White Castle, and today I had Krystals and this restaurant was putting them out fresh, and they taste so much better than white castles, and their chicken sliders were way better!"
""be right with you"; never were; I left. Was hoping for a good Krystal. Hard to find. If you're too busy and it isn't obvious (me in front and one in drive through) tell me, I'll wait. No cars in the lot and one in the drive through should have been a clue"
"Yikes, the facility is in dire need of serious cleaning. The restrooms were especially nasty with no toilet paper. Even more surprising was that a small grease fire broke out and the manager was ill equipped to handle it. Staff had no idea of how to shut off the fryers, a very scary moment. I retreated to my vehicle to consume my purchase. The burgers were rubbery and tater tots soggy, and saturated with shredded cheese that appeared not to want to melt. The chili was devoid of any real taste, just a greasy goo of a meat sauce. The counter staff however was friendly and did their best to keep the patrons calm while looking for a solution to the mini grease fire. Krystal, get your people trained on emergency protocols and procedures. This could've been a seriously bad situation."
