Continue to get the run around until he obtained an attorney to represent him. The funds has been cleared and the other attorney is waiting on Mr Jones to provide their firm with the address to mail his check. However, Mr Jones failed to provide the other firm the information they’ll requesting. Numerals phone calls has been made and not one response from Mr. Jones. Please if you’ve made this law office a trustee over your will or a trustee for your kids. Please, please reconsider. Get updates and give everyone in your will a copy of the originally will. You’ll thank me later. Yes, I’m familiar with the process and all the estate the will go through. However, the court been ruled in my father’s favorite and he Still failure to provide the information. Not trustworthy, play games and give you the run around.
