"I went here on Friday (11/10) for bloodwork prior to a cardiac ablation on Monday (11/13). Whilst getting my blood taken, a lab tech (in red scrubs, dark hair, and an accent) was asking me about my condition and how I found out about it (Nothing crazy). She then began to repeat how young I was to receive this procedure, and that she "has seen them kill people". Not something I asked nor wanted to hear two days before my heart was poked and prodded. I tried submitting a concern, but it fell on deaf ears. Two stars because everyone else was kind"

"'Everyone keep your distance' does not compute here, why is there a chair right next to the desk where you have to check in? So the person sitting there is within three feet of you as you check in. No common sense in this place. And make sure they follow the dr's orders for what he is looking for, i had to go back because they didn't. Otherwise it is convenient."
