"Please do not give money to an attorney who provides legal advice through his office assistant. It's obviously not legal and will probably just frustrate you. Hire an attorney who "remembers" to call you as well. Hearing his office assistant say "he has like Alzheimer's and forgets a lot" is really NOT what anyone wants to hear about their lawyer on retainer. If anything, if he really does have that much trouble remembering things like that and does have Alzheimer's, he should probably give up his license. Just absolutely horrible. If you can't trust your attorney, who can you trust?"
