"This place is terrible. I went there for a front end alignment and they misaligned my vehicle. A few months later my two front tires were down to the wires causing each tire to be replaced. They only offered $150 off per tire for new tires for a problem they created. They tried the realignment the second time to correct their error, but when I took it to the dealership they told me it was still out of alignment. SMH…"

"Woke up to a dead battery, so I went to Advance in Centerville to get a new one. The guy there said he couldn’t get the old battery off so I had to search for a place that could do it. I also had my toddler, who seemed to be having the worst day of his life, so I was super frustrated. I just left Goodyear, and it was absolutely the best experience ever. The guy at the front desk, as well as the two in the service area were super quick to help, got my new battery put on within 5 minutes, and were the friendliest people ever. Thank you guys so much for making my bad day so much better!"

I was told it would take one hour to have my car done. They had me walking out the door within 45 minutes. Also, after checking out the price i received a discount.
