"The Family Dollar bathroom is not working. We use to be able to use y'all bathroom. What happened? If your bathroom not working for me or my children to use then my hard earned money is not good for you neither. We need another shopping center in Midway."

"Just about everytime I go in here I have to wait to be checked out due to there not being enough cashiers or the cashier/manager is off stocking somewhere in the store. If you're only going to have one cashier and that cashier is also the stock person, you may want to invest in self checkouts."

"This morning my 73 year old friend went into this store to purchase a large bag of Purina dog food and a large bag of cat food. He placed them in the cart so that the bar codes were turned up and facing the cashier. The clerk stood at the register with the scanner in her hand but made no attempt to ring up the items. When asked if she could reach across the counter to scan the items [the scanner cord was long enough] she simply said "no". She offered no assistance and was at all concerned with making a $40.00 sale. Needless to say, he left the items in the cart and left the store."
