"Unfortunately, my experience with Caliber Collision was very poor. When I brought my car in for an estimate with Frank, he discounted everything I said and made my issue feel unimportant while he explained they had 75 other cars in their lot that not been worked on yet. When I went to schedule the repairs of my car Frank called and rudely told me I missed my appointment time - which was false. He did not assist at all in rescheduling and even went out of his way to hang up the phone call. The experience I had with Frank at caliber was a complete joke. I’m looking forward to going to another repair shop where I know I will be heard and my car will be repaired in a timely manner. My advice would be to stay away!"

"Caliber collision did an incredible job! Frank kept me updated all the way. Didn’t hesitate to tell me that there was a delay with a part and that’s why it was taking so long. They made drop off and pick up extremely easy. I had a cosmetic piece missing from a hail storm a few years prior. I asked if they could replace it while the car was with them, they didn’t hesitate. I ordered the part, gave it to them they day of pick up. It took all of two seconds and they didn’t charge me. Most places would try to tack that on a bill, but these guys are honest and trustworthy. "This body repair shop is located on exit 14 right off GA 400 behind the Holiday Inn Express. It's a little confusing to get to, because you do not see the building from either of the main roads; Market Place Blvd or Buford Hwy. You have drive through Lowe's parking lot to get to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and then drive through their parking lot to get to this body shop. Nonetheless, I kind of like how it's tucked back behind other buildings away from the main roads. I had to have the front my car repaired because a deer ran out in front of my car while I was driving... messed up the entire front bumper, the grill, head lights and slightly bent part of the front right side of the car above the front right side tire (as seen in the pictures attached). I immediately filed a claim with my insurance and then looked up covered collision shops in the area. Caliber Collision came up as the number one recommended body repair shop, so I went ahead and booked an appointment for an estimate. When I showed up for my appointment, I checked in and waited for about 15 minutes. Mike Dressel, the Service Advisor, inspected our car and was very sharp, honest, friendly and understanding! He pointed out as much as he could to me while he inspected the car, so that I could visually see what damages had actually occurred and needed to be repaired/ inspected further. This process took about 5 to 10 minutes. Once he finished up inspecting we went back inside where he drew up the estimate. He went ahead and forwarded the estimate over to my insurance, so that they could see what the amount would be to get our car repaired. Because of Mike's friendly and professional attitude, my wife and I decided to go with Caliber Collision for our repairs. It also helped that they were ranked #1 in the area by USAA! The repairs took less then a week. The thing we loved most about the whole repair process was how much this shop kept us up to date through text message. They let us know when repairs were coming to an end and then the estimated date of completion. The next text we got was that our car's repairs were complete and ready to be picked up! Very smooth and easy process with this repair shop to say the least. If you are looking for a repair shop to take your car in for repairs, THIS IS THE SHIOP! I hope to not have another repair, BUT if I do, I will gladly take my car here, because they did an excellent job as seen in the pictures attached. Keep up the excellent work, quality and customer care you guys. It is appreciated!"
