Once he was off the phone he asked what he could help me with. I asked if he could lookup my oil filter & I didn’t have all the vehicle information so he proceeds to try to assist me. All the while he’s still assisting customers on the phone as well as 2 more customers that came in after me. I did finally figure out the oil filter number & Ernest already had it in his hand.
