"I have good reason to believe either this body shop is attempting to scam or is EXTREMELY unorganized. I know for certain they are unprofessional. For context, I had to get my car to a new shop since the one it was at previously did not have the equipment to make the proper repairs. Naturally I wanted to find a place where I was certain they could make the necessary repairs without having to tow again. After calling around B&D said they “might be able” to fix my car and aggressively commanded me to get my car towed there immediately. That was a red flag for me so I passed and found another shop that was professional with me and said that they could, with 100% certainty, make the repairs. I was bombarded with calls from B&D asking when I was going to tow my car. Later they lied to me that my car was at their shop. When I asked if they could confirm that they said “Find out yourself” and hung up. I confirmed right after that my car was indeed at the other shop and that my insurance company was communicating with them accordingly. If you want to work with a shop that gives you consistent threatening phone calls and are okay with lying to your face, this is a great place for you. If you’re like me and want peace of mind for your vehicle, please I urge you to look somewhere else. Thank you"
