"This is the worst tire company ever. Paid $1000 for performance tires and they could not balance them. They tried twice and we ended up going to another tire company to get them balanced. They ruined the wheels by putting weights on the outside of the tire. They also left our car with grease all over the car mat and side wall of the drive compartment. We asked them to compensate us but no response. We called the area manager Mike Sisson and he did not return our call. We tried to clean the mats and carpet but they will not come clean. See the photo, this is how they returned the car to us. I would stay clear of this company. Steve"

"Great team to work with. Very thorough when troubleshooting your vehicle. Had an experience recently when my AC was blowing hot air. I took my vehicle to another auto shop in Alpharetta and their diagnosis after paying them $99 was that I had to replace the compressor. I decided to take the vehicle to Mr. Tire for a second opinion and after a few hours they resolved the issue for under $90. Excellent work and the guys are awesome."

"I went for a oil change on Saturday 8/26 and had a terrible experience. After getting my oil change I asked whoever the guy was at the counter for a sticker to put in my window regarding my next oil change. He acted as if I offended him and he said your car will tell you when your next oil change is due! He said we don't give them out anymore but we do have some. I asked again for a sticker until finally he gave me one. When I started my car the oil change reset hadn't been done so the tech had to come out and reset my oil change which took more time. At the end I got an apology from the tech that's it."
