"Purchased my car in March of this year. Discovered that there was an oil leak by taking it to the dealership which was covered under the initial warranty. Proceeded to have issues with my vehicle up to September of this year only to find out that there was still an oil leak. My motor has locked up and I can't get any consistent communication from Tico as to how we need to resolve this issue. After purchasing here do kot expect any communication, no one is ever available and any repairs will be delayed. I am looking to pursue legal action at this point. PlPELASE BE CAUTIONED HERE before purchasing!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. My vehicle has been paid off for months and I still have not received my title. I talk to Adrian several times and he says is a delay on the part of the company he uses. I asked for a release of lein and he cannot/will not produce that either. I’m in the process of filing suit. I suggest every one of you who have been scammed do the same thing. This business should not be allowed to operate at all. They are taking advantage of good, hard working people.
