"terrible place to receive service from. I waited almost an hour for an oil change only for them to try to service the vehicle next to me first after I mentioned that I have been waiting there before anyone else that they were trying to service. They didn’t got an attitude with me and asked if I was going to allow them to talk. No I’m going to go elsewhere and take my business elsewhere and also leave this review as well as reach out to corporate. unacceptable when you advertise oil changes and under 10 minutes."

"I just left from this location and Cyndi is quite literally the best! I went to a different location where my skid plate was ruined and I had to file a claim, the manager of this location did not order my plate in October and in January told me to come to this location - essentially making his problem Cyndi’s problem. She took care of me and then some! The most professional and kindest manager I’ve dealt with throughout this entire 3 month ordeal. I normally come here and went somewhere else to have allll this happen. Never again! Even the staff here is friendlier. 5 stars!"

"The manager Cyndi at this location has to be new. She is completely and utterly rude! She has no since of the word customer service. I have be coming to this location for over a year and the last 2x the company doesn’t have filter or proper oil. Instead of Cyndi addressing the issue she decided to be condescending towards me. I asked for corporates number and she refused to give it to me. Initially she wouldn’t even come over to speak to me about it. Loyal customer lost at her expense."

"This is the only place I get my vehicle serviced at, for the last two years I've had nothing but great service and today I went in for service the young Lady Cynthia is her name she told me the battery was bad I left and made a stop had to call roadside service I went back and bought that battery I think she the manager great customer service everytime. And she fixed my headlight bulb that was half put in from a previous service there her and that young man did a awesome job...thanks."
