"Had a HORRIBLE experience here. I went to get a new battery installed and left on a tow truck. The man who put my battery in put it in incorrectly and blew my fuse so my car wouldn't start. They admitted to the blowing my fuse and said "we aren't mechanics" when I asked them to fix it. I ended up having to pay money for a tow just get home. Would not go here or any Advanced Auto again."

"Called 25 mins ago for an inventory check. They answered and confirmed they had the item I was looking for. I pulled up and the doors are locked. People outside said the staff was having a team meeting. Why would you be having a meeting during store hours and inconveniencing people. I called again and got hung up on. Called back and was told that they were having a meeting and to call back in 30 minutes. No way."

"Business hours are 7:30 to 9pm. Today ,9/13/2023, it's 7:51am people are standing outside waiting for someone to open the door."

"Store was locked , no one answered the door it was Sunday at 11:30 3/12/23 I sat there for about twenty minutes and no one ever opened the store . They could at least put a sign up saying they are temporarily closed"

"First time at this location. It's off of panola road and Covington highway next to the LA fitness and behind the waffle House across the street from the old movie theater. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The young lady that helped me was very good at what she does. This location in Lithonia, it looks bigger than some of the other stores. It might just be the way the shelves were angled but it was definitely a roomier place. No video because I was in a hurry. Check out my pictures for more info"
