"I usually come here and typically have endured good service. Today I waited 3 hours for a “diagnosis” to be quoted a tune up of $500 and to replace my motor mounts it would be $730. Called around and every place would be more then half cheaper. I never received a problem list. I was told that they were going off assumptions when trying to relay the information to a different mechanic. So I paid for assumptions and was upcharged significantly.my car was test driven 3+ times (burning my gas with no solution) I was also told I needed to keep my car overnight for them to see how it runs in the morning after repairs. the most unsatisfying visit by far."
