"IT’S NOT 24 HOURS, THEY DO NOT ANSWERS CALLS"
"I called to this place to ask if they do tire patch and when the guy answer me he spoke with me very rude and he just told me, today minimum is going to be $700 for a tire patch. Don’t call these people especially on Sundays."
"THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS , we called them out for a coolant leak, Once mechanic was done he called for payment, We made a EFS and paid.... after 45 mins his "boss" is calling saying we paid wrong people and it was a scam..... I'm confused how did he even know we made a payment then if it was a scam???? we have cameras on our trucks we pulled this units & you hear and see his mechanic talking on the phone with us getting payment then calling to his "boss " to cash the Efs. They tried to scam us to get two different payments. Lucky we were smarter than that called the cops and were able to leave without paying them again. I would not recommend using these guys! Also his mechanic showed his gun to our driver to try and threaten him. Please be careful carriers and don't get scammed out of your hard working money."
"I do not recommend this company at all. I needed a serpentine belt replaced I told them that when I called in. I even had the belt part number. They charge a $95 service call fee and $145 per hour rate that begins as soon as they leave shop. I was maybe 25 min away from their shop and it took them 1hr and 30 min to get to truck. When they arrived they spent another hour just looking at the problem I had told them from beginning was happening. Didn’t bring tools. Attached is a picture of the mechanic that arrived in slides, basketball shorts and a white t-shirt( mind you in was Monday around 4pm). Mechanic said he would be back he would go get belt. After 2 hrs of waiting they tell me they are not able to find part. All that time supposedly they were looking for belt on the clock. Charged me $530 for nothing. I was able to call around and found the part. I called Petro near by and they provided great service. These types of companies are small and abusive to truckers. No professionalism. No courtesy. A bunch of thieves."
"Lee , was courtesy & quick to respond from time of call to arriving & fixing the issue it was 100% a great experience & wouldn’t hesitate to call in the future. Thank you for your time today"
