"Attorney Tracy is extremely demeaning, unprofessional, and rude. She texted me late at night saying that her office team has allegedly been trying to get in contact with me for a traffic case. (Which is absolute lies because I’ve received emails and calls from her office before without a problem) she then goes on to say that I must appear in court the next day or my license will be suspended which is so weird because she allegedly appeared in court on my behalf back in May… now all of a sudden she texts me the night before the court appearance (that I didn’t know about by the way because she’s representing me and has all of this info) and says I must appear in court the next day or else. Very short toned when I tried to ask for clarity. I no longer live in GA and that is why I hired her in the first place. (Through LegalShield). Run far away from this establishment. This attorney and her office will switch up after you pay them and not genuinely try to help you."
