"I was looking for an local attorney to make amendments to my living trust for me. There were a few that were needed to be made but not difficult. In this deceitful world (especially Atlanta), I was asked to send him a payment right away without an appointment. Of course this made me uncomfortable and I had voiced that. Little bit of red flags with all of the crime and dishonesty around here. So I asked if I could have an appointment since meeting a person face to face makes a person more comfortable and confident in making a payment. I found out that he is in the same city as me an he still refused to meet with me in person even after i suggested that i would stand of his front porch! After that many rejections to meet in person that made me even more skeptical at this point that it could be a scam. I found somewhere else to go of course. This man truly needs to learn true customer service and operate in a way that encourages confidence and that you are a PROFESSIONAL firm. Changes need to be made."
