MY 25% LAWYER

"Listening to all of the radio ads and knowing that I was treated like this is a discount attorney, I can no longer keep quiet. I have been calling and sending emails because they handled my case like trash and the insurance companies both the at fault party and mine are calling to tell me that they tried to make an offer. I had missed medical appointments due to the poor customer service and representation of this firm. Next thing I know I am receiving a phone call to say we are not taking your case to litigation. I did everything this office scheduled and received the treatment that was recommended. Going to appointments only to be told oh we are don't have an appointment for you. So do yourself a favor and pay the 33-40% and hire a real attorney."

"This is a scam. Low balling clients for your bottom line. They will always convince you settle your case quickly. Instead finding ways to increase the clients compensation they will hurry you to settle. My case is still pending and I feel like they are representing the insurance company."

"Not at all a good law firm to deal with. The attitudes are horrendous,not to mention my wreck was in 2022 of Oct. During this time I’ve had 3 people on my case. They do not treat your case with priority at all if you ask questions it takes days for a response. It is now 2024 everyone has been paid except my babies that were involved. And when I email about the situation I get blew off as if they’re not important. Never will I ever recommend this firm. They’re more concerned to get paid for doing the case than the clients getting there money. Totally ripping people off because you email them or call and ask questions. Discount law firms are a ripoff.DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!"

The 25% attorney’s fees were great but that was not the only reason I did so well. They reduced my medical bills from $87k to $32k ($55k extra in my pocket) which is the reason I walked away with $92.5k in my pocket. They are truly for the people. If I have one piece of advice for your ads, PLEASE start emphasizing the deep reductions you all get from these medical providers. My communication with the firm was consistent. They checked in regularly. They updated me on the what was going on so that I was in the loop. My case was only 25% + a $199 administrative fee. I had to pay nothing up front, just provide info and let them do their job. Being patient with the process is key. Happy client for sure."
