"If i could give 0 stars for my time i would. I own a car lot & i know how important time is. I call at 12:30pm to assure they have a bumper i called about a few days prior. for a FX35, dude answers i ask him he straight answers “yup we got it “ , im like okay great, can you set it aside im going to be on my way. He goes “yup i got it” DUDE DIDNT EVEN CHECK. Make a TWO HOUR drive to get there, for them to tell me “oh im sorry we dont got it” …. I JUST CALLED and you told me you did !! All he could say is… “im sorry” as if that gives me back my TIME & GAS. Total FOUR HOUR DRIVE, because this dude couldnt have the respect to physically check if they have something before making me drive 2 hours. All he could say is “im sorry” horrible customer service, no resolution, no respect. Wasted 4 hours of my day, dealing with traffic & $100 in gas. Time is $$ ANY BUSINESS acknowledges that. All he had to do is CHECK and i wouldnt have gone go waste my day, but he was too lazy to do so. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend them if youre coming from far. Theyll waste your time"

"Went on website looking for a white 2007 Honda Accord Bumper. No color given on website, so I called. Provided PartsLink Number. Nice Website! Gentleman told me the 1.) range of pricing 2.) I would need it painted (the upsell) since it will probably have scratches and that it will need to be 3.)installed (the upsell). I asked him again if he had a white bumper. More talk (up sell), no answer. Asked me to come in. For me -60 min drive, then a return visit to get someone to transport it IF it is white. For them -10 min walk to check. Business must have a profit and I was told they have quite an inventory. Very disappointing."
