"I stopped by Advance because I needed a battery. What's great is they install and test and let you know if it needs charging or replaced. My battery was difficult to remove. The associate who helped me was so nice and he was the only person there, he still took time to help me and install my battery. Thanks so much for great customer service!!!"

"They should take down the sign saying they offer certain services like check engine light scan. Because they don’t currently have someone that works here that wants to do this particular task. Didn’t know this was optional, only if they feel like it. Waist of time coming here."

"It’s 8:40AM and the store should be open to customers, however, the doors are locked with a women sitting behind the counter on her phone. Customers are standing in front of the store while she’s sitting at the computer, NeverMIND the fact that people have things to do and the store should be open!!! I’ve been sitting outside of the store for over 20 minutes as she continues to do everything but assist awaiting customers!!! Unacceptable!"

"This store used to have the best customer service and a better judge of character. Years ago this location was super awesome. Guess COVID gives people the right to have lackluster service. I go in the first time for windshield wipers. The tall Mixed guy was helpful, but couldn't get them due to an emergency. Went back, got help from a short heavy set White lady. Very nice, however, tried selling me on wipers that were higher, and wouldn't tell me about the ones that were mentioned when I went up there the first time. She was knowledgeable and polite, but probably was in the it's-getting-late-wrap-it-up-sir stage, but it was 8pm. However, that shouldn't be an excuse for lackluster service."
