"I’m giving this location 4 stars, not because of the staff but for the equipment in the exercise room. It is extremely outdated compared to other locations (e.g. Atlantic Station, Snellville, etc.). And some how the 2lbs and 5 lbs weights are disappearing and never enough for class. As far as the staff the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager Ken Alexander is AWESOME. He’s always polite and makes you feel welcomed."

"I got a 3 day trial to test out the gym and after having a LA fitness membership on and off for about 3 years. The gym was up to par with my expectations and the staff is very friendly. Condero was very helpfully and professional. He set me up with my membership and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied."

"I received a three days trial pass. The gym itself was nice. I'm taking off a star because upon arriving, I was questioned why don't you get an actual membership? This question was odd considering I had a trial pass. The whole point is to try out the gym. Also, no one offered to take me on a tour of the gym. Lost opportunity. Customer service is important to me."

"The staff is great, friendly and your greeted upon entry. This location however needs an update, the equipment is rusty, there’s multiple sinks in the restroom that do not work, pieces of the treadmill legs are falling off, and I could go on…..I have visited the North Druid location, the Ansley Mall location and many more and they have great, clean equipment BUT the location on the south side, the Old National location is not as well equipped as these other locations. LA Fitness needs to correct this ASAP"

"This is a very clean gym overall! Very spacious and organized! They have plenty of machines, cardio equipment and a very great free weight room! I'm not a big basketball player, but it's cool to be able to go in and shoot hoops for a bit when I want with no extra charge! I swam the last time I was there because I saw how clean the pool area is too and the water was calling my name! Definitely go check them out! The staff is also very friendly and capable of helping out with whatever your gym needs are!"
