"At first she she gave a good impression but I soon recognize she talks more than she does. All the things she told me she would look into-she did none. She is two-faced. A few years ago I had lost my son due to depression and addiction, it took me a while but I finally got back stable and filed for my son. His grandma who has him filed to terminate my rights in the next county over. Charlotte became the guardian ad Liam in this case. She visited my son once and me once-she had a year before the case finally went to trial. With one short visit to each household she came up with a conclusion to terminate my rights. Keep in mind now I've been sober since late 2018. My depression was treated in 2021. And I filed for my son back in 2022. I have regained custody of all three of my daughters, which are my sons only siblings. His dad is in jail, awaiting a prison sentence for vehicular homicide. The grandma who has my son didn't even raise her own children and admitted to a sporadic relationship with them even now. To Charlotte, from my perspective, judged me on either not enough money or the time it took me to get stable but regardless my termination should have been denied to where i could return to juvenile court and have a possibility for my second chance. My son turns 8 today, and although I am appealing the judges decision, Charlotte had a hand in very carelessly stripping me of the possibility of any form of relationship with my son. If you ever need a guardian ad liam, I would suggest using CASA instead. For one they are free and for two they are way more thorough. I would not suggest her at all and have nothing nice to say."

"My brother was referred to this lawyer. And was basically thrown to the wolves. Took his money and offered no help at all. Met face to face 1 time to collect money and he never saw her again. Took her sometimes 2 to 3 weeks to reply to calls or text. She acted like she didn't even know what was going on the whole time. He finally gets a court date and nwas told to not bother showing up. She should not be allowed to take money from hard working people and there kids. Don't trust her she will only disappoint you and waste ur time and money."

"I hired Charlotte over a year ago after I had met with her and explained my situation ,she was all about my case and couldn’t believe how my ex was treating my kids. From that moment on she done as little as possible concerning my case , never read the judges emails , I had to describe to the judge my situation bc she “ wasn’t quite sure “ ! I noticed that the first guardian ad lauden ( whatever that’s called ) didn’t like her ! She never not even one time presented to the judge what I had taken my ex to court over ( over a year )! If I called her she would take up to 3 weeks to return my call , I could tell every time I did speak that I was annoying her bc I was apparently ( conservative ) as she kept pointing out ! My court meeting might last 5 to 30 minutes and afterwards she never had time to discuss anything she was pretty much opening the door to show me out as quickly as possible ! She’s the most un empathetic person for her line of work I’ve ever met ! She does not deserve to be allowed to take money from clients in such a way that there is no punishment for her actions ! Couldn’t maintain office staff or partners as well ! Better think long and hard about hiring someone that takes money from parents without some kind of responsibility towards the situation at hand !!
