"We purchased a new truck from here in 2018 and have had nothing but issues with the truck's radio. Over the course of these three years, Mitchell County Chrysler has yet to fix the issue. There's been at least 10 times thus far in which we had to drop off the truck for them to examine the radio, perform whatever work, then tell us to bring it back if the issue starts again. We've spoken to the lead mechanic several times about the radio nit functioning properly and he's still has yet to resolve the issue. He's very bad about returning phone calls. We've had to call numerous of times just to get in touch with him and then he'll proceed to fast talk you off the phone. Just last month, he advised that he was ordering a new radio for the truck and informed me that it would take about 2-3 weeks for the radio to arrive. I called him on Monday of this week just to check on the status because it had been more than three weeks. He told me that he'd have to track it and give me a call back. Several hours passed by, I gave him a call once more, you said he hadn't tracked it yet and that he was in the process of pulling a transmission from someone's vehicle and that hed call me in the morning, that's been 3 days ago and I still have yet to receive a call. It shouldnt take 3 years to figure out if the radio in a brand new truck needs to be replaced or not. I'd recommend this location for minor things such as oil changes etc, however, if you have any major issues going on, you may want to try elsewhere."

"Malea was so sweet. I had gotten scratches on a car. She filled in the scratches for me. I would definitely do business with someone so sweet that went beyond for a person that she did not know. I wish there were more people like her in this world."

"To those of you who have had poor customer service I would recommend going to Robert Hutson it's not far away and I took my Jeep there they knew exactly what they were doing had a small evap leak and come to find out the nipple on the fuel pump had a very small crack they ran smoke test and found it it was still covered under warranty so I got replaced for free. In and out in the same day go there speak with either Philip or Ammon they'll get you scheduled in. Guaranteed fixed first visit"

"Brought my wife’s 2015 Durango for repair on March 14th. What should have been a day to 2 day repair took 2 weeks to repair due to parts availability. Mickey Davis went above/beyond to get the parts needed to complete the repair just in time for our vacation starting Easter weekend. I also manage a repair facility and it’s tough finding good honest people in this business today. It was good to meet someone who thinks/operates as I do my own business. Went to pick up Durango today and what Mickey did for us I was not even expecting or even thinking about it. Can’t thank you and the dealership enough. I do believe this will be my dealership from now on. Looking forward to doing business again!"
