"I recently purchased a used Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, and I took it in to have them check it out for me. I knew it needed to have a new transmission, and I wanted them to give me an estimate on any other repairs that it might need. The owner, Tommy, personally called me, to inform me of what it needed, in addition to the transmission, and I asked that he do the additional repairs, to include a new water pump and replace all of the hoses also. They did the repairs, and the quote was a very fair price. They did a great job, and Tommy called later that day to make sure that I was happy with the repairs. I am happy to have found a new repair shop that I know I can rely on to do any other repairs I may need in the future. I have already referred him to my neighbor, and to my family. They did a great job!"
